Getting Started
There are three essentials you'll need in place to open your account to buy or sell NFT's on Refinable, let's get started.
You will need a digital/crypto wallet to get started with Refinable. Refinable is a non-custodial marketplace meaning we never take posessions of your assets, therefore you must sign in/connect to our marketplace using your own wallet.
Currently, we support a wide variety of wallet providers such as:
- Metamask (browser) - recommended
- Trust Wallet
- SafePal
- Binance Chain Wallet
Take a moment to install and setup your wallet of choice.
Please note, we also support WalletConnect which allows for easy connection to almost every mobile wallet application.
Now that you have a wallet installed, you can connect to Refinable.
Every blockchain network will have its own native token that powers its transaction. The native tokens for all our supported networks are listed below:
- Ethereum = ETH (ERC20)
- Binance Smart Chain = BNB (BEP20)
- Polygon = MATIC
- Solana = SOL
In order to do an action on a network, you must first own its native token to pay for the transaction's gas fees. For example, to create an NFT on Binance Smart Chain, you must acquire BNB (BEP20) on the BSC network. You will need BNB to pay for BSC gas fees whenever you're transacting on Refinable (minting, selling, purchasing)
Take a moment to see where you can acquire the native tokens of your network of choice, then transfer them to your personal wallet.
If you're only looking to view items and not take any NFT actions, then you will not need the native token since there is no gas fee to be paid.
Now that you have native network tokens in your wallet, let's get a wallet.
There are 2 main methods of connection depending on your wallet of choice.
Works for Metamask (browser) and Binance Chain Wallet (browser).

Choose the wallet you're using (Metamask or Binance Chain Wallet)

You will need to accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. After checking all the boxes, click "Continue".
Next, this image will appear to show that Refinable is trying to connect to your wallet (Metamask example shown)
Your wallet will then automatically pop-up. Click the "sign" button to approve of this connection.
You're connected!
Works for Trust Wallet, Safepal and WalletConnect
If you're on a desktop browser and using Trust Wallet or SafePal, you can use their respective mobile apps to connect to Refinable.

Choose the wallet you're using. If you're using a different wallet than Trust Wallet and SafePal, you can use WalletConnect to connect to dozens of other digital wallets.
You may be asked to select the network you want to connect into.

After choosing the wallet to connect with, a QR code will appear.

On your mobile, open the wallet application and use the QR Scan or WalletConnect option to scan the QR code on your screen. Each wallet application may have a slightly different way of opening its scan function.
A message will appear on your mobile app to sign the transaction and approve the connection to Refinable. Once you approve, you'll be connected!
